These cheesy crisps are perfect on cheeseboards, crumbled on top of a salad, or for getting you through a late evening snack-attack.
Get creative with the seasonings. Sometimes I just sprinkle a little salt on top. The Mingle spice mixes (Everything Bagel is a goodie) are great too, if you need an even easier option.

Cheesy Crisps

Ingredients
- 16 cheese slices
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp garlic granules
- ¼ tsp chilli flakes
- ¼ tsp black sesame seeds

Method
- Preheat oven to 180°C and prepare two baking trays. Line with baking paper unless using non-stick trays.
- Lay the cheese on a work surface, sprinkle with the seasonings and use a rolling pin to gently press them into the cheese.
- Use a rolling pin to gently press the spices into the cheese.
- Cut each cheese square into 9 pieces and transfer to the baking trays, leaving
a small gap between each piece. - Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden and crisp.
- Remove from the oven and leave to cool completely, and crisp up further.

Recipe Notes
Store in an airtight container.
Experiment with different types of cheese – I find Edam works well.
Keep an eye on them towards the end of cooking, as different cheeses can brown at different rates.
Make sure they’re completely cool before storing, otherwise they can lose their crispness.
