A great idea for kids birthday party gifts!

Oh my gosh where to start.. This book is worth its weight in gold! This book has opened so many doorways to me and has been the basis of my self care recipes now for the last few years. Super easy to understand and follow and gave me a really good basic understanding of loads of different ingredients in a clear and concise way. I consult this book still on A regular basis. I cannot RECOMMEND this book enough if you are looking to cut out toxins from your everyday life - which by now everyone should be as its very clear we are being bombarded with huge amounts of toxins on a daily basis. If you want to start somewhere, this is it!!
