TERMS AND CONDITIONS (ONLINE COURSES)

Krissy Ballinger’s courses provide you with tools to easily read ingredient panels and learn about ingredients, explain important information you need to know about common toxins and teach you how to cleanse your own home.

By purchasing the Courses available (the “Course” or “Courses”) offered by Krissy Ballinger ABN 65985609322 (the “Course Provider”), you (the “Course Participant) agree to these Terms and Conditions (the “Agreement) as a condition of your purchase and undertaking of this online course.

Please read this Agreement carefully as it is a legally binding agreement between you and the Course Provider.

1. Courses

Krissy Ballinger offers the following courses:

1.1 Becoming a Label Detective – $49.00 (7 days)
The Becoming a Label Detective course is designed to teach you to read ingredients panels on personal care and cleaning products and aims to educate you on common toxins.

Delivery

1.1.1 The Becoming a Label Detective course is delivered via email over 7 days.

1.1.2  Registration for the course is required and access to the course content is via a unique link and password provided via email each day.

1.1.3 Participants will have access to the course for as long as the course is offered by the Course Provider.

1.1.4 Personal information required for registration is managed by our Privacy Policy.

Password Security

1.1.5 You must ensure the security and confidentiality of your registration details, including any username and/or Password.

1.1.6 You must not allow any other person to use your Password.

1.1.7 You must notify us immediately if they become aware of any unauthorised use of your registered details.

2. Fees and Method of Payment

2.1 By purchasing the Becoming a Label Detective course, you agree to pay the advertised price in Australian Dollars (AUD).

2.2 All prices include GST.

2.3 Payment is requested online via PayPal.

2.4 The Course Provider does not retain any information provided during payment and your information is managed by the Privacy Policy of the third-party payment processor selected by you for payment.

2.5 We reserve the right to change these prices from time to time.  Please check the website for updated pricing information.

3. Refund Policy (paid courses)

3.1 Due to the nature of the delivery of the Becoming a Label Detective course where access to all course material is provided immediately upon purchase no refund is available for change of mind.

3.2 A refund may be considered where there is a breach of consumer guarantees under the Australian Competition and Consumer Act 2010.

3.3 Any request for a refund for any such breach must be in writing to hello@krissyballinger.com.au

4. Your Responsibilities

4.1 You agree that you must complete the courses and self-study requirements to obtain the full benefit of any course.

4.2 You agree that you are fully responsible for your progress and results from any course.

4.3 You agree that individual results may vary and that it is possible that you may not achieve the expected results and that your learning outcome is dependent upon your commitment to completion and personal skills and abilities and not the responsibility of the Course Provider.

5. Intellectual Property and Copyright

5.1 All course material including but not limited to course content, manuals, videos and all other material are the property of Krissy Ballinger and/or her affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2 All material including but not limited to course content, emails, manuals, videos and all other material is provided solely for your personal non-commercial use.

5.3 You may not use any of the materials available within this course or within any program of Krissy Ballinger’s in a manner that infringes any of our rights or that has not been authorised by us.

5.4 You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, translate, sell, create derivative works, exploit, or distribute in any manner or medium (including by email or other electronic means) any material from this platform or any program without the express permission of Krissy Ballinger.

5.5 You may request such permission by emailing hello@krissyballinger.com.au

6. Disclaimer

You understand and agree:

6.1 You have engaged the services of Krissy Ballinger, and purchased products such as the courses, at your own risk and that all courses are provided as an educational and informational service or product only.

6.2 The courses listed in this Agreement are developed to help both novice and experienced individuals and Krissy Ballinger does not offer any representations, warranties, or guarantees, verbally or in writing, regarding your results of progress.

6.3 Results are dependent on various factors including but not limited to, commitment, online skills, personal ability, current knowledge level and dedication, and in no way dependent on any information the Course Provider provides to you.

Earnings and savings disclaimer

6.9 Krissy Ballinger does not make any guarantees about your ability to get results or earn or save any money as an outcome from purchasing any course.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 Krissy Ballinger guarantees all services, including the development of course content and materials, are supplied to you with due care and skill and fit for the purpose that the services have been advertised.

7.2 To the extent that Krissy Ballinger is unable to exclude liability; total liability for loss or damage you suffer or incur from services by Krissy Ballinger is limited to resupplying the Service, at Krissy Ballinger’s option, or, refunding to you the amount you have paid for the Services or products (including courses) to which your claim relates.
