The terms ‘us’ or ‘our’ or ‘we’ refers to Krissy Ballinger (formerly The Inspired Little Pot), the owner of the website, whose registered office is in Western Australia, Australia. The term ‘you’ or ‘your”refers to the website user.
Please read these Terms and Conditions (Wholesale) carefully, as they, together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Sale, set out your important rights and obligations in relation to wholesale transactions.
Should you not agree with any of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.
1. General
1.1 These terms and conditions are specific to the Wholesale agreement. By submitting your Wholesale application with us, you will be deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions.
1.2 We reserve the right to approve or reject any Wholesale application in our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your Wholesale application.
1.3 Businesses must have a registered and current ABN to apply for Wholesale.
1.4 Wholesale savings are not to be distributed amongst multiple individuals.
2. Copyright
2.1 The entire contents of the books are protected by copyright. You may not copy, remove, delete, transmit or create derivative works from any of the book content. No part of any section of any book may be transmitted in any form by any means or reproduced for any other purpose, without the prior written permission except as permitted in this licence agreement or under applicable law.
3. Wholesale in conjunction with the Affiliate Program
3.1 You are permitted to apply for both Wholesale and the Affiliate Program.
3.2 Affiliate commission rates do not apply for Wholesale orders.
