Krissy Ballinger (formerly The Inspired Little Pot), is a holistic health and wellness business offering a comprehensive array of services including: Zone Healing Technique, Reiki Healing, Neurofeedback Brain Training, Infrared Sauna, Chemical Awareness Consultations, natural and eco-friendly DIY recipes, education and resources on running a toxin-free household, lifestyle coaching, online courses and other products.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling
4.1 If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance.
4.2 Failure to cancel or reschedule within the specified timeframe may result in a cancellation fee (50%) or loss of appointment privileges.

5.1 We reserve the right to make changes to your appointment, including but not limited to, rescheduling, relocating, or assigning a different service provider if necessary. In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.
6. Liability
6.1 We shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to, natural disasters, accidents, or unforeseen events.
6.2 You agree to indemnify and hold us and our service providers harmless from any claims arising out of your use of our online booking system and services, as well as from any claims arising out of the services provided.
6.3 By engaging in any of the services, the client acknowledges and understands that the services provided are not medical treatments and are not a substitute for medical care or advice. The client assumes all risks associated with the service, including but not limited to any physical, emotional, or other reactions.
6.4 Krissy Ballinger (formerly The Inspired Little Pot) shall not be held liable for any damages, losses, or injuries resulting from the services. The client understands that they have the responsibility to seek appropriate medical care from a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns or conditions. By proceeding with the services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
